The women's team, were paced by a two-goal effort from Stacy Malloch, and singles from Anna Singer, Ashley Bennett, Zoe Dyer and Eilish McConville (her nation-leading 15th tally). Marsha Jejna & Amy Abel combined for the shutout.

After completing an 8-0-2 regular season campaign, Queen’s defeated Carleton 3-1 in the OUA quarter-finals on Sunday, October 26.
