Photos of the Queen's University Golden Gaels Men's Volleyball team versus the Laval Rouge et Or in the Consolation Semi-final game of the 2006 CIS Men's Volleyball Champonship tournament at McMaster University, Hamilton, ON on March 4, 2006. After winning the first two games (25-22, 25-19), the Gaels faltered momentarily (22-25, 21-25) before recovering in game 5, to win 15-11. The Gaels had previously lost their first mach of the tournament 3-0 to Trinity Westen relegating them to the consolation round.
In the consolation final on March 5, the Gaels thoroughly vanquished the McMaster Marauders 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-19), claiming the unofficial Eastern Canada title!
